Right. So my original point stands. That is, NO should be flinging it up deep too since refs already established their incompetence and preference for touch PI calls.
Saints are underdog behind in this game against a great defense so it would benefit them greatly to employ this strategy.
I have Vikings -3 1st half so I'm fine with results so far.
Straight cash homey.
Gene comin' in with the holding call.
These new team celebrations are pretty stupid.
Zimmer and Payton look like your high school shop teacher vs your high school geometry teacher.
It's the glasses.
Your guys favorite player.....
Game over. Vikes dominating and NO is flailing on both sides of the ball.
Damn, Bud is 90....
Manti and his fake girlfriend just missed him.
Nice call by NO
Look, nothing personal. Fandom is much about myth-building and legend-making as it is about the things that occur on the field. I don't really care who said what about the play and am not looking to have a debate about it. The bottom line is that Barr took out Rodgers for the season.
Winners, losers, heroes and villiains are all part of the fun. Barr is a villain until further notice due to nothing other my personal rooting allegiance and my conscious choice to inject narrative on top of the on-field product. Villains do evil things with malicious intent. Hence Barr is a dirty player, full of malicious intent.
Drew Brees got hit like that earlier with no call.
So, anyone think the Jags have any hope in NE?
Now we have a little bit of a game.
Nice decision there bud....
Much closer game.
Michael Thomas a villain in Minnesota yet?
Rhodes out. Zendejas out. Tough break.
Game on it looks like.....
Perhaps a tale of 2 halfs?
