Does anyone know when the tests take place, how often they occur & who exactly is tested? So how often a year is each player checked?
It puts it more in line with other penalties. Before minor drug use was treated harsher than more serious crimes. It's not like a 2-4 game fine is insignificant.Quote:

Laws need thugs to enforce them; prisons need guards, medical care, counselors, etc; probation officers and more counselors; drug testing clinics are big business; etc, etc...
The anti-weed holocaust is winding down a bit, but anti-drug, anti-freedom is big business, with many entrenched interests, unions, politicians, etc. It aint goin' anywhere.
