Lawrence Phillips, incredibly, makes it worse

serving a 20+ year sentence, he kills his cellmate and gets charged with murder.

Wasn't he put in the slammer for trying to run over somebody with his car after a football game? I remember Dick Vermeil crying about him, how he failed Phillips, and how he shouldn't have drafted him.

Sound like a great way to save tax money. Find him a new celly immediately.
