I prefer a focus on functionality over form, esp as form follows function. Just look at the old-time strongmen, Eugene Sandow, George Hackenschmidy, et.al. Those guys didnt obsess over their muscle bellies, they were STRONG.
Nothing JW can do about those calves, those are what makes him fast.
Being very strong is useless unless you are a pro football player or blacksmith. Having a certain amount of strength and muscle tone is wonderful.Quote:
