    Heat index was 98 a few minutes ago. Summer has officially arrived. Weather.com is calling for rain within the hour.

    actually, this is an issue that i've long pondered.

    It has to be 100% humidity SOMEWHERE, because obviously the atmosphere could no longer contain any more water vapor. But I think that is up in the clouds, up there with jesus and the angels.
