What Favre did was incredibly wrong. Immoral. But if the government people who approved the grant knew what Favre was going to do with the money, did he actually do anything illegal by taking it? Not sure what the law in Mississippi says, but I think it might be the people working for the government who might be legally culpable.Originally Posted by MadScientist
