I think it is grammatically correct, in Canada.

It really depends on how he means to use 'your'. Using 'your' would be like, "Scott, please don't forget to drink your poison". However if he ment it as "Scott, you are the poison of all that is good and holy in this world" then his use of your was incorrect. I hope this helps, eh.

P.S. my use of holy in the above example was ment in a psuedo religious sense (as in 'Man i like Joemailman's new religious avatar', not in a your shirt has holes in it sense.
