Why do we never see her? They trot out the kids and the spouse.

Is he ashamed of her because she's white? They call Barack Obama the first black President, but other than skin color--which doesn't matter--he is not more black than white.

Does she interfere with the narrative?

I think maybe the media didn't want anybody digging too deep into that lifestyle.
