We just finished watching the first seasons of Z Nation this last week. That was pretty decent.

I don't know what happened. I read Nutz's journal, and it was OK.

It looks like it is really poorly produced. I don't know how much I time I can spend on a show that I could shoot with my home video camera

    You're poorly produced.

There's a scene or two here and there where Asylum F's low budget D film past is identifiable, but for the most part, it's just as well acted and shot as most shows these days. More importantly, the script is actually fun, willing to toss characters into the fire and have their emotional moments while still mostly keeping it's humor about it. I also appreciate that essentially each episode skips hundreds of miles of traveling and instead covers a specific episodic situation where they happen to be. Not like Walking Dead, where they spend an entire season at the farm, or 3 weeks walking from one place to another. They keep it moving and don't linger on deaths or whatever.

The other thing is that the other people they encounter are almost always fleshed out, even the ones who never talk through wardrobe and makeup, to the point that you wonder if just about any character you see could become a part of their group or be an interesting foe.

    I'll check back with you.
Are you still planning a trip on March 4th?

    Dear Skinbasket,

Two nights ago I had a dream about you, your family, a redneck, and butch.

Had to visit Kentucky but was in a hurry. We did go fishing where Butch hooked a big bass and so did the Redneck. They bass got away. Some one spilled kool aide in your living room, which wasn't really your living room. Your property was sort of like the Shire. I couldn't leave when I wanted to . I was scared. At least in this dream I didn't kill you.

    Skin,

I am passionately awaiting your visit. Also, it would be cool to have Tar come visit.

    Also,

I started working out again. I think I am going to go straight power lifting and use my massive mass to my advantage!
