    Return of the King

Can someone change the name of this thread?? This was not meant to be title! I made a n00b mistake!

Learned how to tune my derailleurs tonight. Took awhile to get my bike shifting smoothly, but it's working great & can go 2 all gears again

Bike is 99% tuned up. I can't figure out why my tri. bars won't stay on well. Almost like they're too big. Hmmm.

#MKE challenge was pretty boss. Had a super fun time. Didn't know that outdoor theater by PAC existed.

Grilled some fantastic chicken today. Very low heat for a long duration = yum. The Thai Peanut Chicken pizza I made 4 dinner = AMAZING!!

Apache Directory is frustrating to use due to very bad, outdated documentation.

Just made this rip-off of Chipotle's rice. I made it with Brown rice. Mixed it with a ton of black beans. Soooo good!

Making this pulled chicken in a slow cooker overnight.

Should be an excellent week of healthy lunches at work. I'll make burrito bowls out of the rice, beans, chicken and some store bought pico de gallo.

The aforementioned Thai Peanut Chicken pizza was phenomenal. See the link here:

I used Jay's Pizza crust recipe instead of the one on that link. I've made this crust a lot and it's pretty good.

Overall, it's been a fun past few days of cooking.

We made these fish tacos last weekend. They were really good. We used tilapia.

I imagine the next few days of carpet bombing your co-workers will be fun too.

Was the MKE challenge a eating contest?

Nope, was a scavenger hunt across the city. Was pretty fun!

Can you change this thread title to something a little more awesome? I'll let you choose what it should be, amigo

I think you can change the title but you have to go to the advanced screen. Try it and let me know.

Apple nailed earnings. Apple is making this guy very happy.

Time to upgrade gf from a 2yo MBP to a brand new MBA. She'll be quite happy with that, and we'll pretty much break even on cost while getting a performance increase.

Cannot wait to buy two shiny new iPhones for us this in a few weeks when they're announced.

Pulled chicken recipe above is fantastic. The burrito bowls are a success!

Ignore lists in the new forum are the best. I no longer have to be aware of the existence of one nuisance who's eerily obsessed with me.

I'm going to splurge on an a 13 inch air now that they have updated the line. I like my iPad but need a keyboard in many circumstances on the road still.

Right now I have a monster W7 gaming rig...two very nice W7 laptops and a Ubuntu (latest) desktop that I love...plus the iPad. Getting to be to much.

Apple sucks. How could they get rid of the MacBook after all it did for them? Discarded like a useless piece of machinery! Is there no loyalty left in this world?

    You guys are great

Also, popped an inner tube in a bike wheel for the first time ever today. I'm shocked it's taken this long. Since it got warm (early June), I've put on about 50-60 miles a week on my bicycle on a set route. Some of the roads are horrible, so I go over a ton of cracks. It's a road bike, so the tires are very thin. At any rate, hopefully this doesn't cost me too much to do the repair. A friend of mine wants to go on a 19 mile ride on Friday night heading south from Bay View along lake Michigan. Should be great!

Buy a little seat bag and keep a small patch kit, one spare tube, a tire tool and pump in it. Stop calling your mother to come rescue you for fucks sake.
