Ricki Lumpkin, a Cardinals DT got fined for a roughing the passer penalty, to the tune of $21K. Article said that will be the standard fine for players getting that penalty. Another article, however, said a Ravens rookie was fined $15K for his roughing the passer penalty. Further proof whoever is handing out fines for the NFL these days is bi-polar.

None of this is really news. The interesting part is who the 'passer' was - Matt Leinhart, wearing Black and Silver!!! lol, I had no idea he was there, or even in the league!~
