I suspect the NFL is going to play some games with the Sao Paulo ticket prices. I read that they will probably sell team allotments as part of ridiculously priced all inclusive packages to Packers and Eagle fans. And they'll sell the rest at reasonable prices to the local Brazilians, but it will require a Brazilain credit card and a Brazilian national ID # to purchase the tickets. That will effectively keep the cheap tickets out of the hands of US citizens.

I read they're pretty NFL crazy down there, so there's no concern about filling the stadium up.

Jets @ 49ers for MNF on opening weekend.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

Packers game on opening weekend will be my first missed game in 37 years or so on TV or live.

So does Rodgers get hurt in the first quarter or the second quarter?

Just heard a few dates on the #Packers schedule, per source:

    vs. #Colts 9/15
    at #Jaguars 10/27
    vs. #Texans 11/3
    vs. #49ers 11/24

    So altogether we have:

    vs Eagles 9/6
    vs. #Colts 9/15
    at #Jaguars 10/27
    vs. #Texans 11/3
    vs. #49ers 11/24

Supposedly, the Jaguars have 3 Europe games this year.

This would mean Lions will have had a week off since Thanksgiving and Packers will be on a short week unless Packers bye week is 11/31.

Jags to play 2 Europe games. The other Europe game is Giants vs Panthers.

Gonna be a tough year with an 11/31 bye week. Can't find 11/31 anywhere on a calendar.

The NFL really doesn't care about the players anymore. Why would you do that to the Lions? Give teams 1 Thursday game or back to back them. Don't force team back on to a 2nd Thursday game for a 2nd short week during the same year.

They short weeked the Packers twice in 2023.
