This actually impresses me. Averaging less than one comment per year.
No longer the member of any fan clubs. I'm tired of jinxing players out of the league and into obscurity.

    hardly a "rookie."

Don't see this mentioned anywhere here. Lawrence (Just a) Guy signs with New England for 4 years and $20M. Not bad for a guy who got cut at least three times.

Fritz was dead on accurate that this kid could play. Wasn't he signed off the practice squad by Indy?
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Vince Young, now with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, will miss 4-6 weeks with a torn hamstring.

Bet they hired a Packer intern as trainer.

I will trumpet this quote every chance I get, and deny any ideas or comments attributed to me that demonstrate any mistaken assessments I may have supposedly made, which I never did.

I am this close to making the same grumpy post I've been spamming for five years.

Andy Mulumba? Oh ya, that guy.

Pursuing a different dream, I see that former Packer Marquand Manuel is the defensive coordinator for, I think, the Falcons. Does this mean they'll play lots and lots and lots of soft zone? And maybe do a lot of arm tackling?

Just-a-Guy was indeed signed off the GB practice squad by Indy. He then got waived by the Colts, signed by San Diego, waived by them, signed by Baltimore, and now signed his big FA contract with New England. Oh, and as a teen he was reportedly diagnosed with ADHD, dyslexia and dyscalculia and was placed in a special ed classroom. The Guy just can't get any respect!
