Fact Rat
HOFer
Probably wasn't hard for Sharper to agree, he has an idea of what prison is like after sitting in jail for a year. He was facing a possible life sentence in Louisiana based on some articles, and very lengthy sentences elsewhere. No matter how restrictive his probation is, it has to be better than sitting in prison. It doesn't seem there was any question about a conviction, just how long his sentence would be.
