He does seem to be a dick.
I'm amazed at how small he is. He's listed at 6' (5-11& 3/4, actually), but he plays smaller than that. Drew Brees is the same size, but Brees was light years better than this kid. Manziel strikes as the kind of player that will smooshed before he can ever learn the NFL game.

That's a tough pill for Rams fans and it makes the Seahawks and 49ers jobs much easier.
I am rooting for him to succeed because he seems like such the punk. A controversial character we love to hate makes the league more fun, IMO. Stir things up a little bit, get the juices flowing.

He hurt his shoulder in college. Someone rolled into his knees. It's not like he has hamstring issues.
Yup, and quite possibly soon gone. They're on the hook for this year's salary, of course, but can save next year's $12M+ number, and I expect they will.

Pats traded Mankins to the Bucs for a TE and a 4th rounder next season. Not sure how bad this deal is for either side. heh
Don't often (ever?) see deals like that in the NFL. He was traded part way through a big contract, he had 3 years left on it, and the Pats are left with 2 years worth of signing bonus related dead money.
