The shock waves were small at first, but then some other injuries crept in and the offense couldn't do a thing. Josh Gordon returning also hurt the team chemistry. Having personality issues with the RB Tate also upset the locker room. It's amazing how team unity can get disrupted by just a handful of things, not necessarily huge individually, all going wrong, and all at once.
