I can't quote the rule and typing on a tablet slow. I'll clarify later when on a keyboard. But I will say I see that called the same way every time. Surprised the football heads in here surprised by ruling.
And another. Neal hammered him there, just saw the replay he hammered down on his throwing shoulder. I can't imagine having a 285lb guy running and jumping on my back while I was stretched out to throw!
