Since they don't play each other, the first tie breaker would be divisional games. The Packers look pretty good there so far, with just the one loss to the Lions, and now the Cards also have a divisional loss. The Cardinals have to divisional games remaining against the Seahawks and the 49'ers, Packers have the Lions game. The last Sunday of the season could well determine who gets home field advantage!

If they end up tied after that, common opponents is the next tie-breaker. They both play the Seahawks, Lions, and...the Falcons! Packers would have to hope the Falcons beat the Cards, and they win vs the Falcons so both teams have a 1-2 record vs common opponents.

If that were to happen, they'd end up at tie-breaker #4, conference games. The Cardinal have another definite advantage there, one of their losses was to the Broncos while all three of the Packers losses were to conference opponents.
