Now we're learning of more change after the way the 2014-15 season came to a disappointing conclusion in Seattle. Reading the story above and the positive impact that the Ron Wolf hire as Packer GM had on the Green Bay Packers I asked myself the obvious.

How long does it really have to take to learn the lesson of change and that being necessary?
