OK, that's 17 and yes there is an Auto Draft function at Yahoo drafts. You can set it, which I would recommend as the default rankings are usually a bit suspect.

18 now and we can easily accommodate 24 with 2 Divisions. Getting to 20 would also protect against people unexpectedly dropping out, leaving a tiny Division.
