Bad news: Sitton's toe not 100%. Good news: He's a guy who can play well without practicing much.

Packers depth at WR as good as it's ever been.

With Mulumba back, depth at OLB very impressive, even without Matthews.

LaDarius Gunter pretty good. Hey Wist! A physical corner!
Would be interesting if that was the case, I think he was penciled in at the #5WR/ST specialist. That would make two of last year's picks somewhat of a waste.

Well, I have my doubts that Abby can stay healthy enough to make the team. I don't think it's surprising that Montgomery would be ahead of Janis. You're talking about a 3rd round pick out of Stanford vs. a 7th round pick out of Saginaw Valley State.

Sounds like Gunter got burned deep several times today.

Has anyone heard or read anything about Davante Adams? I've read dozens of articles since TC started and haven't seen him mentioned once. Alot of praise is going to Montgomery - which is good, but how is Adams doing? He had a great 2nd half of the year and I was hoping he'd be even better this year. Maybe no news is good news?

He was being labelled as the All star of OTA's or something, but since then I've heard/read nothing beyond a couple of generic "Jordy, Cobb and Adams"-style WR articles. You'd think there would be some mention of him. Right now Montgomery is the new guy so he's getting all the attention...I haven't heard too much about Cobb or Nelson either.

    Datone Jones - more crickets.
Datone Jones has gotten his mention! But, you have to read the FG kicking part to see it. One of Crosby's misses on Monday was a blocked attempt by Jones. I know, not exactly the primary area we want to see him excel in, but maybe its a start!.

I'd be happy with improved bong storage technique.

Keep on driving up to Green Bay. Don't take that exit.

I read once by White from Tolzien. Were there others?
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Good one on one battle between Adams and Shields. Sideline dart from Rodgers on the spot for completion

Adams with a phenomenal snare of Rodgers pass to sideline against Shields.

Rodgers will tend to make WRs look better and CBs look worse. Except for a gem like Randall (but can he tackle?).

OT Matt Rotheram has returned from an ankle injury.

Pete Dougherty ‏@PeteDougherty 44m44 minutes ago
    Full list no practice:
    Coxson
    Collins
    Crockett
    Hubbard
    Matthews
    Abbrederis
    Neal
    Kowalski

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 34m34 minutes ago
Day after I gave Demetri Goodson a thumbs down, he picks off Rodgers in one on one drill. Hunt ran poor or wrong route.

Weston Hodkiewicz ‏@WesHod 1h1 hour ago
Still no Matthews. Palmer gets first snap inside

Weston Hodkiewicz ‏@WesHod 38m38 minutes ago
Ed Williams flashing some speed and gaining separation on Glover-Wright on deep ball in one-on-ones

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 33m33 minutes ago
Cobb and Nelson beat Hayward badly on deep routes in one on ones. Not even close.

Adams with a phenomenal snare of Rodgers pass to sideline against Shields.

Weston Hodkiewicz ‏@WesHod 17m17 minutes ago
Banjo, Bradford and Goodson on front line of first KOR team. Henry still in the posse. Montgomery as the returner

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 12m12 minutes ago
Lacy went inside. Not sure if it was a bathroom break, equipment or injury. Special teams right now so he doesn't need to be here.

Weston Hodkiewicz ‏@WesHod 16m16 minutes ago
Tretter looked good in one-on-ones today, winning his four reps. Linsley also had amazing recovery after Raji tried a hump move #Packers

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 7m7 minutes ago
Lacy coming back out late for half line. We'll see if he does anything.

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 6m6 minutes ago
Lacy must be fine. Jumps right into drill. Bakhtiari slow to get up on that turn by Lacy.

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 2m2 minutes ago
Bakhtiari back in on the half line drill.

Weston Hodkiewicz ‏@WesHod 11m11 minutes ago
Bakhtiari and Guion both up slow after halftime collision. Both still have helmets on and appear to be staying in

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 5m5 minutes ago
Sitton taking part in 11 on 11 team run drill. Didn't do half line.

Pete Dougherty ‏@PeteDougherty 5m5 minutes ago
With Matthews out Jake Ryan takes first snap alongside Barrington at ILB with No.1 D in team run period

PALMER TOOK FIRST TEAM REPS EARLIER IN PRACTICE, SO HE HASN'T DISAPPEARED, THOUGH THIS WOULD SEEM TO BE GOOD FOR RYAN

Weston Hodkiewicz ‏@WesHod 5m5 minutes ago
Aaron Rodgers hits Nelson in stride on deep shot pass to Nelson who got behind Randall

Jason Wilde ‏@jasonjwilde 4m4 minutes ago
Back-to-back nifty plays in 11-on-11. First Rodgers hits Nelson on a deep post past Randall, then Lacy with a terrific shake-and-bake run.

Andy Mulumba with a sure sack of Rodgers. He's had a few of those in 11 on 11 drills.

Weston Hodkiewicz ‏@WesHod 2m2 minutes ago
Guion penetrated to stuff Starks in backfield.

Rob Demovsky ‏@RobDemovsky 5m5 minutes ago
Letroy Guion stuffed James Starks at the line on fourth and 1. #Packers are going to miss him in Week 1 ... And Week 2 ... And Week 3.

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 45s45 seconds ago
Defense rotating guys in the middle with Barrington cuz Matthews is out. Jake Ryan first team in base, Joe Thomas in nickel.

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 16s16 seconds ago
    Palmer playing backup to Barrington.

Weston Hodkiewicz ‏@WesHod 2m2 minutes ago
Forgotten name in the receiver battle is Myles White. He's caught everything thrown his way so far in camp. Opp in slot with Abbrederis out

Weston Hodkiewicz ‏@WesHod 13s13 seconds ago
Backman facing a lot of competition for No 3 job. Just had pass go through his hands on crossing route in middle field

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! LOOKS HIM UP ON PACKER.COM

Weston Hodkiewicz ‏@WesHod 13m13 minutes ago
Cobb gets undercut on deep ball and takes a second to get up. Burnett and HHCD in coverage

Packer Report ‏@PackerReport 13m13 minutes ago
A scare as cobb falls to turf and hit by Burnett low as he went for the ball. Seems all ok though.

Weston Hodkiewicz ‏@WesHod 12m12 minutes ago
Shields picks off Rodgers in 11 on 9 on deep ball on boundary intended for Adams in single coverage

Jason Wilde ‏@jasonjwilde 12m12 minutes ago
Cobb right back in after gasp-inducing collision with Burnett. Was out for only one play. #Packers

Weston Hodkiewicz ‏@WesHod 10m10 minutes ago
Richard Rodgers with a beautiful diving one-handed catch on pass from Tolzien with Sebetic in coverafe

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 10m10 minutes ago
Rodgers fires dart in tight window to Montgomery down the middle in stride on next play.

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 5m5 minutes ago
Goodson making me look bad again with a nice break up on come back to Perillo.

Weston Hodkiewicz ‏@WesHod 5m5 minutes ago
Good coverage by Goodson on Pinkard to end period. Defense opps have been limited but he's on most first ST units

THESE LAST TWO GOODSON TWEETS WERE BACK TO BACK. MIGHT BE SAME PLAY

Packer Report ‏@PackerReport 5m5 minutes ago
Goodson with back to back plays in coverage on perillo and pinkard.

    OR NOT

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 3m3 minutes ago
Nelson first up on punt returns. That's different.

SHAKES HEAD, ITS NOT LIKE HE'S WOODSON BACK THERE

Weston Hodkiewicz ‏@WesHod 20s20 seconds ago
Burnett breaks up deep ball for Adams. Now Rollins contests ball to Montgomery

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 8m8 minutes ago
Hayward on the sideline working out tightness in his hammy. Coming back now.

Packer Report ‏@PackerReport 3m3 minutes ago
Mulumba continuing strong camp today and Jake Ryan been getting involved more.

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 31s32 seconds ago
Rodgers to Adams deep in no huddle then hits Cobb on crossing route.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Weston Hodkiewicz ‏@WesHod 6m6 minutes ago
Rodgers put a nice pass to Adams. HHCD was converging though

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 6m6 minutes ago
Rodgers to Kuhn for first down at 9.

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 5m5 minutes ago
Starks left to the 7 then to the 5. Third down.

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 4m4 minutes ago
After incompletion Rodgers scrambled and is called down by Clinton-Dix tackle. Drive over.

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 3m3 minutes ago
Lacy not taking any reps in that drill.

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 2m2 minutes ago
Great moment when Barrington screamed at his DL and made them move when they were misaligned. Colorful language.

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 57s57 seconds ago
Tolzien great toss on deep corner in no huddle to Myles White, who is having a very good practice.

Weston Hodkiewicz ‏@WesHod 45s45 seconds ago
Ref called White in bounds on 26 yard pass from Tolzien. He wasn't but it was a nice over the shoulder catch with Rolljns covering

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 25s26 seconds ago
Tolzien nice fade to Montgomery for short TD. Ends practice.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

I think this is what makes Barrington an NFL starter. He seems like the type of young guy that old guys respect. Something about having a mean SOB playing behind you that gets lineman known to take plays off to give their all. Like perhaps Ngata only became Ngata because he had Ray Lewis standing behind him.

I liked what White showed when he was pressed into duty 2 seasons ago. After a year on the PS, he might be ready. I wonder if he's gained some much needed strength?

    M3 PC Day #5

Packer Report ‏@PackerReport 12m12 minutes ago
#Packers coach Mike McCarthy is here. No update on Matthews.

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 12m12 minutes ago
McCarthy on CB: I think the corners are off to a good start. Getting their hands on some balls. The one on one drill was good work.

Pete Dougherty ‏@PeteDougherty 11m11 minutes ago
MM on CB competition: have some young guys who do good job getting hands on receiver and ability to recover.

Green Bay Packers ‏@packers 11m11 minutes ago
McCarthy: Think the CBs as a group are off to a good start. Thought the 1-on-1 work between WRs & CBs was good from both sides. #PackersCamp

Pete Dougherty ‏@PeteDougherty 10m10 minutes ago
MM on Richard Rodgers: definitely taken step from last year. Thing really like had some dominant plays special teams, blocked 2 punts today

Pete Dougherty ‏@PeteDougherty 10m10 minutes ago
MM on ILB with Matthews out: great opportunity for those guys, they've got to start making more plays.

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 10m10 minutes ago
McCarthy on ILBs. Big opportunity. They need to make some big plsys. Too much thinking going on. That's understandable. Big installation day

Packer Report ‏@PackerReport 9m9 minutes ago
Montgomery has picked up offense as fast as anyone they've brought in during his tenure.

MONTY MISSED A GOOD CHUCK OF OTA BECAUSE OF STANFORD END OF SEMESTER DATE AND NFL ROOKIE PRACTICE RULES

Pete Dougherty ‏@PeteDougherty 7m7 minutes ago
MM on run game so far: production so far is high compared to prior years. Football IQ is higher than past, so offense off to good start

Pete Dougherty ‏@PeteDougherty 7m7 minutes ago
MM on missed practices, Hubbard groin and Kowalski concussion

Tom Silverstein ‏@TomSilverstein 6m6 minutes ago
McCarthy on RB competition: Young guys doing good. Main thing is being out there today, getting reps, seeing them play football.

Pete Dougherty ‏@PeteDougherty 6m6 minutes ago
MM on no crowd noise in practice: there will be a time for crowd noise.

Pete Dougherty ‏@PeteDougherty 5m5 minutes ago
MM on Mulumba: he looks good, looks all the way back (from ACL). Definitely see his experience, staying healthy and staying available.

Packer Report ‏@PackerReport 1m1 minute ago
MM on Shields' leadership: was helped by Woodson and Williams earlier in career. Passing of torch.

Pete Dougherty ‏@PeteDougherty 38s39 seconds ago
MM on Lacy out of practice at end: Eddie had some foot soreness so decided to hold him out there at the end.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

?? RR is the edge rusher on punts? Two punts blocked? Really?

    Pete Dougherty ‏@PeteDougherty
MM on Special Teams. Pissed off. Slow-footed, sure-handed, non-impact but betterthanFinley TE was able to block 2 punts today
