Generally no, injured players, especially ones who get injured in rookie camp, will get their slot signing bonus. However his contract is highly likely to contain a reduced base salary when on injured reserve (probably PUP as well), which would save the team some money.

I was thinking more roster bonus. If they don't fork over the signing bonus, they would be terminating the contract.
