Since it takes around 3 years to develop a WR, we need to take one in the 2nd or 3rd round. They would be ready when Cobb or Nelson's contract is done.

Jordy and Cobb may not last to 2019. adams will require an extension before they're done. cap going up 8-10m next year i read. money shouldn't be an issue. this team needs a talent infusion.

I think it takes around 3 years to develop an early round WR. They can contribute earlier, but only slot receivers are fully developed in less than 3 years.
