    Packers Pick Up Ego Ferguson

    Ex of the Bears.

    Source: the Packers claimed former Bears DT Ego Ferguson off of waivers.

    This is Fergy's breakout year!

    Played 16 games as a rookie. Missed last 12 games of 2015 with torn patellar tendon. Missed all of last year with a shoulder injury.

    Sounds like he was in the J.C. Tretter training program.
    Why not take a flyer on him, he can always be cut with no damage.

    Agree. If he stays remotely healthy, that's not a bad talent to have on the roster.
