They should sign Kaep and Navorro Bowman. Then they should try to get Patrick Willis to come out of retirement and trade for Joe Staley.

They could make a fun experiment out of rebuilding as much of those Harbaugh 49ers teams as they can. They could IR about 60% of the team to make room.

It's just too bad they didn't sign Vernon Davis when they had the chance.
