At the 24 second mark of the video you can see Barr completely on top of ARod at impact. Rodgers rolls to get him off quickly but at impact Barr was on top of ARod.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.
