This is like watching the Packers back in the 70's or 80's. Loss is expected. A win would be an unexpected bonus.
One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

Saints are really pretty good. We just don't have a QB yet.

3 timeouts at 40 seconds saves 2 minutes.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

Gonna need more than 5 yard passes in the middle of the field.

Who was the Packer that was going to be that deep?

Why were there two receivers there?
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Have a good day everyone! First 3 quarters were fun.

Sick of all the jism for the great NO defense. This is no test.

Great way t give NO a first down. The D can't get out of its own way today.

Or a defense, or a head coach that will stick with what works. But yeah they are sooo close.

We're very young in the defensive backfield. The loss of Shields will continue to be felt until King or Randall becomes something, if they ever do.

D can't give up 488 yards and expect to win. You need a QB like ARod or Brady to have any chance.

I liked watching Jones, BH needs more slants in his life and an offensive line.
Swede: My expertise in this area is extensive. The essential difference between a "battleship" and an "aircraft carrier" is that an aircraft carrier requires five direct hits to sink, but it takes only four direct hits to sink a battleship.

Brees always lights us up. I thought it would be 35-17 Saints. Probably would have been if he hadn't thrown 2 interceptions.

    Yep.

Not having a functional offense helps inflate that number.

The Special teams just surrendering yardage on penalties also helped no one.

Bad all around after half time.
