First two times were incompletions (OK one drop). But moving the QB is good for the D.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

Our defense is ridiculous. No pass rush ever. Bad tackling. bad leverage. and how is that opposing defenses get in our backfield immediately and we just bullrush and the qb steps up and picks us apart or runs free for a first down. And I agree with the cutesy play calling on M3- just pound it for gods sake. Any offense should be able to get a yard for christs sake. Do it fast no huddle have a damn code word so the d can't set.

I can't remember a play in the last three games in which Williams lost yardage. He usually falls forward.

But Jones was not a stellar route runner who beat guys off the LOS. He was better than most #3 or #4 CB's though. When he left Rodgers he was invisible

To be fair, they were deeper in their own territory than I thought.

jones, before Jordy's breakout season, was always open on a 9 route. He did it by bodying the DB. Doesn't have to be speed that gets you open.

He often then dropped the over the shoulder pass.
