Lions had the Chiefs at 4th and 1 with less than 2 minutes in the half, instead they accepted a holding penalty. The Chiefs converted and scored a TD before the half.

Loins tied it up on a pick six from what I think was a tipped ball, and now driving down to a first and 10 on KC’s 22.

With Kelce out, Mahomes doesn't really have a receiver he can have a lot of confidence in.

If #19 of the Chiefs could catch, the outcome of the game would have been very different.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

Didn't help that the Chiefs right tackle was tipping the plays.
Fire Murphy, Gute, MLF, Barry, Senavich, etc!

With our young crew and now the top 2 being questionable I am expecting an ugly low scoring game for us.

Maholmes was still brilliant. Detroit was scrappy and tough. KC dropped too many passes to win. Typical week one game though. Sloppy and error prone.
    I don't hold Grudges. It's counterproductive.

Vikings getting beaten up by the Bucs defense. Two fumbles so far.

Unsure how likely that trend is to continue against other teams (and other defenses). Not promising for fans in the Purple Rainbow City.

20 minutes into the game and the Steelers have -3 yards of offense against the 49ers defense.

I saw a graphic recently that showed the 49ers have the highest percentage of pass plays with at least one open receiver (offense) and the highest perceptage of plays with all receivers covered (defense). In a passing league, that's pretty good. Add into that they have a good pass rush and running game, they're sitting pretty if Purdy is halfway decent.

Sunday Ticket on YouTube ain’t too bad. I might shell out the 499 for it next week. Free trial this week.

It should be cheaper, I think. I'm splitting it with my grandson, $389 + tax = $422. Maybe less because we already have YouTube TV, though.

Yeah, it’s a bit cheaper with YouTube TV, but I ain’t gonna pay, what, 80 bucks a month (plus Sunday Tix price) just use it on Sundays.

The Vikings will be pushing the Cards for #1 overall in the draft.

Vikings are not that bad. Bucs defense is just actually good.
