You’ve been shitty from the start—even though they made good picks on day 1 and 2. We all knew they’d take a QB, so this is a dumb take.

I guess we will see, won’t we? I liked the draft last year. This year, it feels like the Yankees are at bat and taking nothing but home run swings. If they mostly hit, hurrah…but Gute’s record says that isn’t likely.

Gute is a clean up power hitter. He does pretty well with his home run swings. When he chokes up and tries to hit for average he fails every time. Except Enagbare. That might be his one contact swing that worked out. Might be.
