9-8. It will be an exciting, but bumpy ride.

I went with 7 - 10, though I almost hit the 8 - 9 button. I think the offense is going to be rocky, in large part because I think MLF is slow to adjust to certain problems, and I think Myers starting at center is going to be a problem. The middle of the line's going to get caved in - no room to run, pushing the pocket when Love is trying to pass - and I don't see MLF adjusting until the team's lost a few. Plus you're going to have the young receivers dropping the ball, running the wrong route - the usual learning stuff.

And I still don't trust Joe Barely. With all those damn first round picks, I can still see the Packer defense getting run on, over and over and over.

Yet there will be flashes on offense, and the defense will again straighten up a bit toward the end of the season. So it'll be a fun ride this year, watching how it all plays out sans Rodgers.

I'm gonna go High and say 10 wins, I think we surprise a bit this year

Again this year, I don't see any clear and obvious losses, but they undoubtedly will stumble 3 or 4 times, especially with the young QB(s) and Barry coaching the D. The team is loaded, though.

Will go with my previous prediction, 10-7. 4 game losing streak mid season after hot start. Wild card game probably on the road but winnable. Giants game will be the key to ending up with a good season.

    1 at Chicago W 20-17 1-0
    2 at Atlanta W 31-20 2-0
    3 New Orleans W 21-20 3-0
    4 Detroit L 14-28 3-1
    5 at Las Vegas W 24-21 4-1
    6 Bye
    7 at Denver L 12-19 4-2
    8 Minnesota W 17-16 5-2
    9 LA Rams W 26-17 6-2
    10 at Pittsburgh L 16-23 6-3
    11 LA Chargers L 24-35 6-4
    12 at Detroit L 21-35 6-5
    13 Kansas City L 28-42 6-6
    14 at NY Giants W 24-23 7-6
    15 Tampa Bay W 35-13 8-6
    16 at Carolina W 28-26 9-6
    17 at Minnesota L 17-10 9-7
    18 Chicago W 24-14 10-7

So you think Packers will win 5 more games with Love than they did with Rodgers? All You Need Is Love.

    I'm predicting

Packers, Lions, Vikings all at 11+ wins
    Bears with 5 wins

  10. #10
10-7. The offense will be roughly equal to last season as Love learns the ropes, but the defense will be improved. This team will be fighting for a playoff berth in December.

Love doesn’t seem to have a quick release at a glance. But in the bits I’ve watched he’s shown some good streaks of consistency.

Mainly I doubt him because great quarterbacks are pretty rare. And I don’t want a decent qb. I want a great one. So just going off of odds, I don’t like his chances.

But I’m still gonna say 10-7. I think he’s got a solid chance to be above average and he’s shown enough to have hope for greatness too.

10-7 there's a lot of talent on this team, but most of it is young.
Fire Murphy, Gute, MLF, Barry, Senavich, etc!

10-7. Soft schedule this year helps. I think the defense better be fucking awesome or not just Barry, but MiLF for sticking with him have to sweat their jobs.

    I dunno
Just got the opportunity to watch the last preseason game
    Some good, some middling
    Some bad
At this point I'd say we're a .500 ball club, but with 17 games there is no such thing, so 8-8 is not possible
    Next iteration is 9-8
But I'm a homer, and willing (hoping) to give a shadow of a doubt
So, 10/7 and a playoff berth

I really hope Jordon Love learns how to put a touch on touch throw's

    I dunno

Rough start to the season then gelling late season to rally and finish with a 10-7 record and just miss the playoffs.

    I picked 13 -4 as well.

    Some key assumptions
    1) qb doesn't break his thumb
    2) qb doesn't put talented wr in dog house if they drop a ball
    3) ol needs to maintain blocks for less time, plus it is improved
    3) hype of d from last year materializes this year
    4) Amari Rodgers gone and full year Nixon
    5) bak Gary and stokes return to form after injuries.

    This is a great schedule.

I think Minny's got a good schedule for themselves this year, too.

I do not see a path for Stokes to be a good player in 2023, if ever again.

What's your thinking there? The injuries too severe for him to recover his speed and/or his cutting ability? Something else?
