    I was optimistic at the beginning of the season that MLF was the coach to manage the rebuild. I have zero faith in him or his staff now.

    i'm in the same boat

    i was excited to see a young team improving over the season

    we almost seem to be getting worse as the season has gone on. theres been zero signs of improvement

    I think MLF can be a good head coach. He has to get rid of failed assistants. Retaining Barry was an enormous mistake. I’m not sure the offensive staff has been rebuilt well enough after departures. He needs to become better at building a staff, but that is usually an issue with any younger coach. Someone in the org needs to hold him accountable on that.
