I don't see a thread this year on Nascar. Is someone slacking? Gordon is having a sick season, but Kenseth is sitting nicely third in the standings. It's sucks he's only had one win so far, but almost overtook Stewart last weekend to win, just couldn't pass him, and ended up second. I'm looking for him to string together a couple wins here, and creep even closer to Mr. Gordon. I hope so anyhow.

He can, but will he? Probably not. They specifically changed the point system because of Kennseth. When he last won the cup he won it winning the fewest races. He's good at racking up a lot of points because he's always in the top ten at the end of the race if not the top three. He just doesn't seem to have the Gordon killer instinct to finish it off and win it. I like the guy and root for him, but maybe he doesn't have as good of a team or car.
