The "Sex Pistols" had quite a name!
I will never forget the day that we had two high school students from France tour the elementary school where I taught third grade.
They visited each classroom, including mine. One of my students asked one of the HS French students his favorite band. The young man enthusiastically responded, "The Sex Pistols!"
I still wonder how many of my students went home and told their parents their teacher(namely me) was talking about the "Sex Pistols" in the classroom!
Black Sabbath
Rolling Stones
Grateful Dead
C.H.U.D.
I always thought the Grateful Dead was a good name. And the Psychedelic Furs - although they were more punk.
A local band was named The Grope Toads.
