Are u good at golf?
I am good at just about anything athletically. I am no professional athlete or anything at that level, but when it comes to hand eye coordination I am pretty decent.Are u good at golf?
If I had the time to play more than 7 or 8 times a year and actually get out to the range I could shoot in the low 80s. Right now I am stuck in the 85-90 range for a regular 18. Anything under 90 and I am happy.
The other thing that helps you shoot a low score is being fimilar with the course, and consistently playing the same one. When I was in college, I got a college membership to a course in River Falls, for 200 bucks, all you can play. I put in probably 40 to 50 rounds of golf in that Summer, and I went from shooting in the high 90s to hitting a couple of rounds below 80, Lowest score was a 78. I was playing out of my mind though.
My life long dream is to become a member at a really nice golf club.
I play a lot of softball right now, so my wife isn't going to be happy with Softball and Golf every week. I figure I got a long time to play golf, but I certainly don't want to be one of those old fucks killing myself out on the softball field, tearing hammies, breaking hips and shit. I will give up softball in 4 or 5 years. Once the kids are old enough to take on the course I think I will be golfing a whole hell of a lot more.

Good for you. Me, not so much. I've been playing a lot of golf this summer but I don't think I've shot under 100 once in my life from back tees. But I am only 25 so maybe I'll improve with time.
One thing about golf is that it is as much of a mental game as it is physical. Hit a bad shot and you start losing confidence and you start hitting bad shots after bad shots.
