To me - it seems like saying Wisconsin is part of the "East Coast".

But sure...I'm probably down whenever the Pack has another game there.
Well, I'm up for calling it Sleater-Kinney Packer Rats, but I don't think we're gonna get Oregon Pack Fan to re-up by disenfranchising him from the get-go.

    August 21st.....

Can we get a preliminary "aye" from me, Freak Out, Captain Kickass and retailguy??? :P

Either that, or we could hook up with these biotches:

Haha. There's a few things "west coast" that bother me - but mostly due to my good Wisconsin upbringing, dontcha know der hey? For example - no one here ever says "grillin' out" everyone says "barbecue". "Fountain" not bubbler. "Pop" not soda.

I've been to one of "The Northwest Packer Backers" shindigs. It was pretty cool because they had a raffle and were giving away some packer merch, but at the time, it seemed many were undereducated regarding football. It kinda reminded me of a Wisconsin family reunion.

Sports bars - remember that I've mostly only frequented these establishments at 10am west coast time - for the noon WI kickoff.

If you get north of Seattle proper - Razzals is the place for grub beer & watching:

A short cab ride from downtown to west Seattle will get you here:

Expensive and "hoity" but excellent service, and a guaranteed view of your game:

The only reason there wouldn't be tickets available for the pack/chickenhawks pre-season game is if there are too many packer fans. I'm 95% sure this will not happen and tix will be available day of game.

And - because I'm lame - I forgot about the place I most frequented day and night for a couple years:

"The Time Out" on the east side:

Breakfast buffet @ 10am for the early games - comes with a build your own Bloody Mary.

All joking and smack tall aside, and I know I talk a lot of lame trash about them, the Hawks fans were, and continue to be, very cool with Packer fans. Overall they are pretty mellow cats, there are just some extreme elitist jerks that ruin it for everyone... as is everywhere I suppose. I was asked at a Hawk game once... "Could you please sit down and stop yelling so much... and the cursing... please don't swear, it's quite offensive"... I mean... seriously?... HELLO?,,, it's a football game...THERE'S A SECTION FOR JAGOFFS LIKE YOU... IN THE FAMILY AREA... while you're at it, why don't you head on down to Oakland and see how far you get with your "request"... every other game I've gone to I always try to sit in the Visitor Section... a lot more "colorful"...

Conversely, when I went to the Seahawk/Packer game at Lambeau in "09", the Pack fans were very cool with the Hawk fans as well.

NW Packer Backers rock btw.... GO PACK GO!
