My opinion is that people should leave people alone who don't want to interact with them. I get a kick out of the "let skinbasket be skinbasket" crowd. With rare exceptions, these folks would not dare pick a fight with Mr. Skin, in fact they are quite deferential. Its fun to watch the neighborhood bulldog nip at the other kids, but when he's got his teeth sunk into your ass cheek and won't let go, its a different story.

I weighed in at a svelte 218 this AM. I've lost 42 lbs since the 1st of March. Only 28 to go.... The amazing thing is I have not hurt either my wrists or my ankles. I hate the fucking treadmill with a passion, and keep dreaming up incredible ways to blow it up in the backyard....

I really, really want to buy an elliptical machine just because I'm bored of the treadmill.

I wanted to kill 31 today when he posted the pizza crust recipe. I haven't had a slice of pizza since March 1st.

Why don't you just go outside? It's really nice out there. Nice job on the 42 lbs. I was always partial to the stairmaster (the one that looked like an escalator, not the one with the pedals) and my favorite workout over the last decade was when I was at the gym, on the stairmaster next to the window and as I looked out, a very bad cross dresser from the naughty shop was hanging out on the sidewalk freaking people out. If you want pizza, I have a recipe that my kid brought home from the science center for a healthy whole wheat pie made with grilled summer veggies. I can scan and e-mail it to you if you want it.

Uhhh, I hurt my knee walking in a warm water pool last week. That's as low as one can sink. I need to lose some weight and get it replaced, then my legs willl be supple and sexy like yours, maybe even more shapely.
