I don't know why I started this thread other than I came across that list. I think Prince was best show I saw, with Springsteen & Michael Jackson tied for 2nd. ( No disrespect to "Up With People!")

That Up With People Salute To Motown had to be pretty special.

I jumped on "Up with People", too.

Those goofs and the Black-Eyed Peas are tied for last in my book.

My sister after the Prince show: "I gotta admit. He is a talented little pervert".

It never got better than that

Its kind of funny to see the arc of popular culture. Well, maybe its just that the NFL wanted to appeal to younger audience? No, what's happened is that Rock music and crotch grabbing got more mainstream. I wonder if Al Hirt or Carol Channing ever thought about reaching for their business.

It was OK. When the 89 Grand Pianos lost Lars Ollfafson, the group wasn't the same again. Something missing, a little thin. That Lars could really tickle the ivories.

prince was the best followed closely by the boss in my book

It's for the non-football people in the house. So they don't want the guys to turn off the game to watch a movie. I would like it to be less of a production though. I don't want the players choking all through the third quarter because of the pyrotechnics from the halftime show.
