Story is Toronto was the preferred destination but not in the running because of passport issues, and not enough time to sort them out. How stupid is that, really. A driver's license or birth certificate was enough to cross the border for a long time.

You do not need a passport to travel to Canada as a legal USA resident.

They're breaking open the Schlitz in Detroit tonight, the only 0-16 season ever is safe.

Is that the case? I'm pretty sure Canadians need a one to go to the US. There is something about a 'enhanced' DL listed on the Canadian site, but the US gov site says passport only, even by land. Looks like there are a few other options for Americans heading in the other direction.

borders are a thing of the past. I didn't even think they existed anymore.

Detroit fans seem prepared for a loss, but are looking for a close game and some indication there is, indeed, an offense. Caldwell trying to conjure up the ghosts of Baltimore's recent SB season - sluggish offense most of the year, hot at the end.

I travel to Canada pretty regularly (6-8 times/year) and I can tell you that you do need a Passport these days.

For a time, I know you needed one to get back into the US. Which was odd because you could leave FOR Canada with just a drivers license.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.

That article sums up the difference between Green Bay and Buffalo:
Football now a secondary issue in south part of Buffalo. People concerned about getting food, collapsing roofs, life-threatening issues.

Would a little snow ever push the Packers off the top of the concern list? I don't think so.

Raiders beat the Chiefs, at the same time it was raining in California. Field reporters are now checking up on possible mass occurrences of dogs and cats living together. Also, hell freezing over is being investigated, with current conditions in Wisconsin suggesting that it has.

4 to 6 feet of snow in 2 days would test every city. Buffalo gets more snow than almost every other Great Lake city. Hard to shovel out the bowl if there is a travel ban

There used to be an agreement between the US and Canada for people traveling to AK that exempted AK residents from most ID requirements. That has since changed...I think in 2009? I use a passport whenever I travel but I think Sates with "Enhanced Drivers Licenses" and other EC type IDs will work as well as a passport.

I think would should just annex western Canada and solve the problem once and for all.

Falcons have the lead. Jim Caldwell has rendered the Lions Offense inert.
