Is next year the year? Maybe the Rams next year?

Swede: My expertise in this area is extensive. The essential difference between a "battleship" and an "aircraft carrier" is that an aircraft carrier requires five direct hits to sink, but it takes only four direct hits to sink a battleship.
What is the status of the Rams' stadium. I think a team can refuse to give up a game, unless they don't have a proper stadium. Most teams don't want to give up a Packers game because Packers fans travel so well. The Raiders will be in Vegas next year, but their stadium will not be done, so that is a potential target for moving to London.
Fire Murphy, Gute, MLF, Barry, Senavich, etc!
oh please no.
We wouldn't have to wait all day for a game.
The Game Day thread would be late.
Bud Adams told me the franchise he admired the most was the Kansas City Chiefs. Then he asked for more hookers and blow.
I'll be up early live blogging the vikings game Sunday, so you'll want to set the alarm.

Twickenham Stadium ....... that just sounds like a place the Vikings should be playing.
What could be more GOOD and NORMAL and AMERICAN than Packer Football?
I asked the wife and we are going when they play there so that's fun.

Ironically, the American football played in London today was so boring I switched channels and watched European football.
One time Lombardi was disgusted with the team in practice and told them they were going to have to start with the basics. He held up a ball and said: "This is a football." McGee immediately called out, "Stop, coach, you're going too fast," and that gave everyone a laugh.

London football is stupid. Yes NFL, we get it. You're losing support here at home (both in participation and viewership) and you are looking for new revenue sources. But these games are dumb.
All hail the Ruler of the Meadow!
i think they are losing support at home because of things like the london games
its over saturation
ratings have been slipping for 2 or 3 years, before trump turned the kneeling into an anti america issue
its part of a much bigger picture, TV viewership is down bigtime all across the board. nfl is actually losing viewers and a slower rate then everything else
get rid of the early sunday games that no one wants, get rid of the thursday shit, stop letting teams move all over the place and shit on the fans that have spent a ton of money on them over the years and already filled their stadiums. and let defenses play again
also the whole CTE thing with parents not letting their kids play anymore is also going to have an impact.
and then finally, yes, the kneeling issue is turning people off because trump has told them that the move is anti american
add all those up, and you have a problem, but still not as big as a problem as everything else on TV
Let's say Goodell puts a team over there permanently. I wonder how long it will take for the novelty to wear off.
It is anti American and the protests from these bitch millionaires turns people off. Say fuck the white man enough and he stops spending his money on you.
