The giant disappointment that is Hundely does not reflect well on McCarthy, and his QB guru reputation is going to take a hit as a result. One cannot always make chicken salad out of chicken shit, but you would at least expect McCarthy to have known what he had in the new guy before he gets thrown in the fire.
