They need to review their current definition of what a 'Punch' should look like or even resemble.
I looked at that bad call by the Officials that erased the Pick 6 Points over and over and over again and didn't see anything that looked like 'a Punch'; as I know it should look like.

The rule states that throwing a forearm is the same as a punch. Not saying the call was correct, but throwing a forearm to someones's head, chin, neck, etc, can be interpreted the same as a punch with a fist. I would argue that you can do more damage with a hard forearm than trying to throw a punch in the NFL.
