The Williams cases occurred in 2008. The new CBA was signed in 2011.
But Rodgers leads the league in frumpy expressions and negative body language on the sideline, which makes him, like Josh Allen, a unique double threat.

Does the CBA apply when it's in a district court?

Depends on the district and the judge. We don't really have laws anymore, just the opinions of judges.

It should. The CBA was agreed to by both parties. In the Brady case, the first judge threw it out if I remember correctly. On appeal, the judge said the NFL fucked up the process but the CBA gave Goddell the powder to do what he did. So he overturned the first judge.
