Why do we need more picks? We need quality, not quantity. The quality will be there.

I'm not saying we should do it, but the way it's lining up, it may be a tempting time to drop back into the 2nd or even later 1st. There are going to be a number of players still available to us that we did not expect to be there, so that's good, but that also means there are going to be some players at #28 or #30 or #34 that Gute had ranked more highly. And if someone wants us to throw a mid-70s pick and give us a chance to drop back and pick up an extra early 2nd round talent, that's historically a Gutekunst deal. He may go for that.

We already have a ton of picks that are relatively early. It made sense to move back if players that filled needs were gone, but that isn’t the case now. We will have very good DBs to choose from.

gotta disagree, we could use 2 ol, 2 lb, 2 s, cb, rb, edge and a dt, picking up an extra 2 or 3 to move down a spot or 2 would be smart imho

I've seen a pretty good case made for 2 CBs and 2 RBs.

Doing good, and will be doing great if Gute delivers on this draft like he did on last years draft.
