Ezekiel Elliott's 6-Game Suspension Upheld by Arbitrator After Appeal

SCOTT POLACEK ... SEPTEMBER 5, 2017
Somewhat confusing, as it says his lawyers filed papers in court before the arbitration ruling came down. I suppose we'll know soon if there will be an injunction. His lawyers are vowing to fight as hard as Brady did, however Brady eventually served his suspension, so that precedent may work against him. Besides the NFL could claim that even if the claims of the first woman were discarded, there is still the indisputable evidence of him pulling down the shirt of a woman at a party. Unless he can show that the woman actually wanted that to happen (and he and his lawyers have never made such a case), that is clear evidence of sexual assault worthy of 6 games on its own.
