Bob Slovik was his co defensive coordinator..........what do you expect ?

Danget I thought I was going to make the TT cover with the verbiage "How about my free agents"

I was a huge supporter for Bates becoming the head coach. I even changed my poster name over at JSO to Bates4HC.

Obviously, Ted made the right decision.

What does that say about Shanahan???

I read this is his 3rd defensive coach fired in the last 3 years. Their defense overall was down this season. But Cutler had a streak going of having a pick in every game until late in the year.

After Elway left, he hasn't done squat.

I think it has something to do with him signing a slew of free agents and trading his draft picks. His teams never have any depth.

Ding ding ding. Digital wins the prize. Dead on right. It's everyone's fault but his.

Haha, that's the funniest thing I've seen on here in a while. I like the quote from APB.

Seeing how you guys like the book I think I might contact TT and let him know the interest is there. Shit could be a bestseller the way Packer backers buy stuff up.

:D :glug:

Anyway, like I was sayin', crow is the food of the doubting fans.

You can barbecue it,
boil it,
broil it,
bake it,
sautee it.

Dey's uh, crow-kabobs,
crow creole,
crow gumbo.

Pan fried,
deep fried,
stir-fried.

There's pineapple crow,
lemon crow,
coconut crow,
pepper crow,
crow soup,
crow stew,
crow salad,
crow and potatoes,
crow burger,
crow sandwich.

That- that's about it.

I was kinda fond of the crow hot wings. No matter how hot the sauce is they still taste a little bitter.

I think we all sort of deserve to eat a little crow on the Bates thing because I was hoping he was going to be the choice, I ragged the McCarthy choice a little bit

And to add to the Bronco defensive mis-fortune, they named Bob Slovik as co-ordinator

Don't worry., he'll implement a relentless attacking defense that the Carolina Panthers will be unable to hold in check.

I won't be eating any crow UNLESS the Pack make the Super Bowl.

The only way Thompson can emerge from Sherman's shadow is if the Pack plays in a SB within 4 years.

After 3 seasons as gm Sherman won 34 games (44 games in 4 seasons). After 3 seasons Thompson won 25 games (Pack could go 16-0 next season and Sherman would still have more wins). Enough said.

No, not really enough said. Looking at our present and future now and looking at what it was when Sherman left is enough said.

When did Sherman reach the NFC championship game?

If McCarthy reaches the NFCC game, he will have moved the team farther than Sherman ever did.

Sherman was a better GM than coach. Had he went for it on 4th and 1 in the 4th and 26 game, Pack would've reached the NFCC (but Brett Favre was also to blame; he threw that int in OT right into the hands of Dawkins).

As a GM. Sherman drafted guys like Walker, Kampman, Barnett, Cory Williams, traded for Al Harris and Terry Glen (great move at that time since the Pack had no idea Walker would fall to them in the draft), and extended the contacts of Tauscher and Clifton and KGB.

And, unlike Thompson, MIKE SHERMAN IS THE ONLY GM IN NFL HISTORY WHO NEVER MISSED THE PLAYOFFS.

Enough said.

Arthur Banks is an idiot. He went with that quitter, what the fuck is his name again? Had he hired Mike Sherman as coach and GM instead, the Falcons would be playing in the Playoffs.

Too late. Texas AM will win a BCS game within 3 years.

This has the 'essence of lame' aroma.
Is tank now "coolman"?

Yeah.

It's the familiar stench of Tank.

He registered on here as Coolman3.

When asked if he was the Baby Tanky, he lied and denied it, but it's him.

Still goofy and cheering for the Sherm.

Why?

Nobody can figure it out. Maybe you can figure it out, Shadow.
