By far the best atmosphere would be in GB this week and basicly WI in general.

There is usually a huge "block party" just outside the stadium. Bands, beer and big screen tv's.

Maybe a make it a week long trip, fly into Vegas, and then out to Phoenix. My Aunt owns the house and my father will actually be out there putting in a wood floor that week. Rent a car from Vegas to Phoenix.
