For once the guy takes the bullet for his teammate. No, thats not right, he finally defended his teammate, his quarterback.

Romo did play bad though. He was screaming and in complete panic at the start of the 4th quarter. His team was in perfect position to win and he was acting like there was 2:00 left.

He did not play a good game. Not at all. He deserves a lot of blame, whether TO crys about it or not.

Wait till tomorrow when it sinks into his thick skull that he's done for this year. I guarantee that within the next week or two he's quoted saying something negative.

Losing is always somone else's fault. The receiver usually blames the team QB but another target will emerge.

It's Simpson's fault.....I just saw someone refer to her as Yoko Romo.

During that interview, I nearly had a terminal coughing fit when T.O. said to a reporter, "I always get along with my starting quarterback."

Garcia and McNabb probably had the same coughing fit I did! :)

i am also shocked. During that last drive I told Pack4to84 that if Romo doesnt throw the ball to TO he will erupt. He didn't and he didn't. Shocked. I wonder if TO will try to get traded to us like JW did. we don't need him, our receivers aren't as big but are much more surehanded. I hope DD gets a big game next week. He deserves it.

I loved the TO crying bit. the reporter didn't even ask a question about romo being in mexico. I'm surprised he didn't just walk away from the mic. I was waiting for a reporter to ask him if we should now bring out the popcorn.

the other image that i cannot get enough of, was jerry jones on the side lines with the deer in headlights look. priceless!!

Giants stunning win leaves Jones hurting and in shock
By RAY BUCK
rbuck@star-telegram.com

IRVING — Jerry Jones never looked so incredibly ashen after a football game.

There was no sign of color in his face, no life in his voice.

He looked like a man who had just been tasered.

This is a picture of JJ, after a six pack of Diet Pepsi Max (with Ginseng) actualy trying to figure out how he can sign Haynesworth, Samuel, Briggs, Faneca, AND Michael Turner in the offseason..right before he manages to trade up for the #1 overall pick in the draft.

Or maybe it's just JJ wondering how he can get to the bathroom without all of Cowboy Stadium realiing he's just crappered in his pants.

The look on ood Jimmy Johnson's smug mug had changed noticeably afte the kneel down as well. :(

Can't wait for the three stooges (Jimmy, Terry, Howie) to spend all Sunday afternoon and early evening freeing their warm weather butts off outisde at Lambeau! That's the only thing I'll enjoy about the marathon pre-game buildup, waiting to see their lips turn blue.

Its going to be real interesting to watch thats for sure. Parcels wants the people he brought in there to be sure.

I thought Wade Philips was a joke when they brought him in and I still think it. The entire team whining because they thought Parcels was too hard on them  . This team will self destruct on the off season.

That SO needs to be on the top banner at PackerRats at least for a day or something. Jones looked like a little lost boy in the wilderness.

That shot makes him look like a mortician...which under the circumstances is kind of appropriate

More seriously, I was impressed that TO defended Romo, too...I don't think TO is so much a bad guy as much as one who has trouble controlling his impulses to get attention.

Good point. Juding the circumstances, I think he and Hillary Clinton should have a cup of coffee with each other.

The big Cowboy fan at work came into the break room and was joking around with a girl who had a frozen meal in the microwave. He was giving her a hard time about the time she was taking.

I went up to him and said:
"That's her lunch! *sniff* She's my co-worker *sniff* That's her lunch and that's not fair! *sniff*"

He'd been talking smack for the last 2 months. He's not talking anymore.

Thanks for the jones pic.

On the Mark: Let the tears flow
by Mark Kriegel

If only Terrell Owens' crying jag had come a week ago, he could've won New Hampshire.

He was better than Hillary, sure.

But he was also better than Edmund Muskie, Dick Vermeil and Ellen Degeneres.

In fact, the more you think about it, the "he's my quarterback" bit compares favorably with the guy who defended Britney Spears on Youtube.

By the way, it seems pretty clear that Britney has been studying a lot of Courtney Love game film.

And what are these Cowboys fans crying about? They're in the same position today they were last week: their team hasn't won a playoff game in 13 years.
