I was reading an article today about how the majority of adults do not get a sufficient amount of sleep. The article said getting less than 7-9 hours can cause health problems and even depression.

To hell with sleep.

Depends on the kind of week I'm having. Nominally, six hours. Very often slips to four. I wouldn't doubt it screws with my mindset, depression, etc., but I think I actually operate better on 4 hrs./night than 9 hours.

Of course, then there are the weeks I'm up for 40 straight, sleep for about 5, then am up for another 30 or so.

Dear God, I'm ready for college to end.

Usually around 6.

To bed at around midnight and get up around 6.

5-6. It would be really, really nice to get 8 a night. Sadly, I choose to do this instead of sleep. That is the sign of obsession.

Some trivia I heard: Before the advent of electricity, the average American slept 10 hours a night.

Of course, most people were farmers so they needed the rest.
