I wrote a brief description several weeks ago about how Oregon Ducks fans badly treated UCLA's Kevin Love and his family.

Because Love grew up and played in Lake Oswego, Oregon, fans expected him to play for the Oregon Ducks(his father was a basketball star for the Ducks) or even the Oregon State Beavers.

When UCLA played in Eugene, Love and his family was subjected to cursing, cups of soda thrown at them, and even death threats.

Apparently, this type of behavior is not limited to Ducks fans. More over the top rude behavior is being displayed across the country.

This week's issue of Sports Illustrated has an extensive article about it:

People shouldn't support teams that allow that kind of behavior.

Nothing like higher education to bring out the best in people. What an embarrassment.....worse than Bears fans.
